It’s a special feeling having something of your very own, something found only in one place in the world, something made just for you that you can share with your friends. Such was the case with our Globally Exclusive, box pressed Alec Bradley Black Market “Bootlegger”, launched back in 2017.

Created exclusively for us at Village Cigar Company & Barbershop and available ONLY at our three locations in Burlington, Oakville and Guelph in Ontario, Canada (and right here online). The Alec Bradley VCC&B Black Market Bootlegger was based on Alec Bradley’s popular Black Market blend, incorporating a Nicaraguan wrapper, a Sumatra binder and filler tobaccos sourced from Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama. In addition to a slightly altered blend, this was the first and only box pressed version of the AB Black Market to ever be produced, and as we mentioned it was all ours. These cigars featured a band with added details that pay homage to the “Bootlegger” theme, which is based on the legend of a bootlegger named Pine L. Cork who is best known for what is referred to as, “The Lost Crates.”

Well, now in 2026, the Alec Bradley VCC&B Black Market Bootlegger has been put to rest, and in its place has risen the VCC&B Pueblo Bootlegger Contraband! An exactly replicated blend & shape, now under Pueblo Cigars, our very own house brand.
